iwhen i went to cancel my policy with HIC they offered me 'laid up cover'

They can insure if its kept in a locked garage

legally you dont need tax or insurance,

im guessin laid up cover is fire, theft, and vadalism,

wouldnt have the 3rd party bit, its not like your going to hit anyone,
