interface leads

hi

i am thinking of putting my kenwood headunit in my car, just wondered what the difference between:
vehicle interface leads and steering wheel interface leads? apart from the £25 difference.

will one of them make it possible to use the steering wheel controls and also display the cd information on the current screen in the car?
