Interior fan rumble

driving along, mind my own business bbbaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

massive rumble noise. mate turns fans off and noise goes away. when you turn the fan on it literally sounds like the car is a vibrator!

any ideas?

sounds like its coming from just behind the steering wheel or below the wipers?

lifted scuttle panel and couldnt see much going on.
if you feel behind there is a circle objkect which spins, it has small pins on it and part of it has no pins.. anything maybe?

no one helped me but found out it was the interior fan under the scuttle panel.

a bit had snapped off due to old age, replaced this and its fine now.
