I think there is a climate control fan of some sort in there that buzz's when it gets a bit old

i have this too, its a thermostat i think.

Yeah, just found it mate, need to find a new one i think!

Take it out and clean it up, Oil it. Barely notice mine anymore.

Needs cleaning every few months though.

Yeah flat head screwdriver to slightly prise the plastic housing out above your head, then pull i out.. Should all fall out with wires attached to each part, Find the black tube that houses the small fan, Unclip that from the grey main housing, And unclip it from the wiring loom..

Unclip the fan tube from the rotor blade, Pull it off and clean the gunk off, Oil it up.

Hard to explain because it explains itself if you can use a screwdriver.

Mine started to buzz yesterday, will have a go at fixing it later.

Glad I found this site, managed to sort the two problems with my car on the first day of joining
