interior light

Right this is really starting to annoy me now, my interior light stays on all the time and so does the door open light on the dash board, both switches seem to be working (tested by multimeter) and there is a charge in the wires connected to them of 0.59v, its an import and has a crappy alarm fitted to it i have been trying to trace the wires but they dissappear around the dash board does anyone have any idea how this wiring for the light works cos there are diffent coloured wires going to the actual light? really annoying me this cos it sets my alarm off, also managed to reset the clock and the radio does anyone know where i can find the code for the radio? pain in the arse this car so many bloody wires!!!!

right i have just found a four didgit number on a sticker inside my warrenty and service booklet, its on a sticker under the vin number is this the radio code?

hi jones, did u get ur car from motorpoint mate, if so give them a ring , they will be able to tell u ur radio code mate, i lost mine , rung them up and they said they kept themfor about 12 months after the car as been sold...hope this helps.. james
