interior lights

neither of my interior lights work - im hoping its the bulbs have gone but its not likely seeing as neither work - any suggestions as to what it could be?

the fuse... theres a 5a fuse i nthe fuse box for em... check it first... mini-blade type, should be blue...

ive only had my clio a week so im guessing the fuses are behind the glove box? and how do you check if the fuse is blown?

its on the side of the dash, youll see the cover if you open the passenger door, if you look at it, there should be a solid metal link between the two pins, if it is snapped, melted, burnt looking etc, its blown...
