Interior stripping

Hi All,

Is anyone aware of an 'interior stripping guide'? I fancy removing the lot but do not want to spend too much time on figuring things out...especially when it comes to removing the plastic trims and covers.

Which generation? Mk2 and mk1 are easy enough to find
