Interior Upgrade

Hi all,

Its been ages since I have been on here, since selling the Clio I owned a Hyundai Coupe 2.7 V6 then an awful Megane and now a Mitsubishi FTO. The car is approaching 16 years old now. I have been trying to modernise the interior and I was told about a company local to me (in Dorset) that specialise in dipping. I have had a couple of interior bits dipped and wanted to show you. I am please with the effect and the quality of their work and wanted to make you aware that for January they have 50% off. They have tonnes of different patterns and can coat virtually anything.

The centre console was carbon wrapped and after getting the parts dipped I am going to remove the wrap and get that dipped too.

I know from my Clio there are several bits I would have taken out and had done if I still had the car.

Those 3 pieces came to £55 with the half price sale. If anyone is interested in getting anything done please can u say Glyn with the FTO gave u the details. Thanks

I sent them an email and the minimum charge is £45, He will do massive deals on larger quantities so it could be very useful

It's a great effect. If you are closer to essex though there is another company called Pit Stop Designs if you were looking at getting bigger items done and don't want to travel.

Hi there,
An approx quote without seeing actual pic's of the parts is around £300-£400. As we are running 50% discount for January 2012 it will be £150-£200.

Even with the 50% discount seems a bit expensive IMO

if you havent provided them with pics they arent going to know how big (or small as the case is) they are going to quote on the side of caution

Thanks, thats cool, This company are just starting out and as they had 50% off I thought id pop up the link. I think the biggest item they can do is a bonnet, but could be wrong.
