Internal Radio Display and Radio Button Lights

Hi Guys,

As times closing into me going to The Ring, i decided at the weekend to get some electronical issues sorted, Tidy wires up etc, I have plugged my OEM taper player in and its working fine! BUT!! the unit doesn't light up on the radio or the radio display on the top were it shoed the clock etc. I used to work and it seems to be a intermittent issue as the radio buttons lite up and went off.

Any advice?

Made sure all the connections are secure?

Do you still have the brightness control on the right hand side of the steering wheel? (Same as dash display iirc)

Yeah checked plugs and yes i have dimmer also

Maybe the bulbs if the dimmer switch does nothing.
