Don't know if anyone can help.
I'm currently connected to an 802.1x network via ethernet.
I want to set up a wifi hotspot to use me iPad/iPhone etc.
I have a MBP running ML and a netbook running 7 starter. I have at home an XP computer with a wireless card I could bring with me.
Is there anyway this is possible?
ICS through the mac won't work as it's 802.1x, connectify or virtual router don't work on the netbook either because of the 802.1x or the fact it's running starter.
So another option is to get a router, and submit it's mac address to be an exception to the admin, but that really is a last resort tbh. I don't want to be buying a router.
Any other windows or mac software that would work?
