IP Address changer .

Does anyone know of any ? I mean a simple way of logging into sights and hiding or giving out a false IP address . I used to have one where i logged into it , it took me to google and all websites i accessed from there , for example speedtest.net thought i was in San Francisco . Anybody know of anything similar to that ?

Cheers . I'm struggling a bit , some of these websites are leading me a merry dance . I'm looking for one that'll let me log into facebook anonymously , well without giving away my location / ip address .
