I also have an Alpine (CDA-105Ri to be exact) and can vouch for how good they are!!.. Alpine same to be the only manufacturer that support the iPhone over most of their range.
I run it using a mix of iPhone / iPod / CD and USB flash drive. It ticks all of your boxes cept for bluetooth i think.. (altho there are cheaper Alpine models that feature Bluetooth and Parrot, however you sacrifice sonic performace for it).
You'll need a stalk adapter from MTaudio (username on here) they're around £44 for a standard one iirc or £80 for one that puts the display in the OE heads up bit on the car.
DON'T get a stalk adapter from halfrauds as the brand they use aren't compatible.
....then "all" you've got to do is wrestle it into the dash and your good to go
