That plus the needed adaptors for stalk controls should be fine for what you need. I use one of the new Alpine 400BT parrot kits in my car works brilliantly.
I also have an Alpine (CDA-105Ri to be exact) and can vouch for how good they are!!.. Alpine same to be the only manufacturer that support the iPhone over most of their range.
I run it using a mix of iPhone / iPod / CD and USB flash drive. It ticks all of your boxes cept for bluetooth i think.. (altho there are cheaper Alpine models that feature Bluetooth and Parrot, however you sacrifice sonic performace for it).
You'll need a stalk adapter from MTaudio (username on here) they're around £44 for a standard one iirc or £80 for one that puts the display in the OE heads up bit on the car.
DON'T get a stalk adapter from halfrauds as the brand they use aren't compatible.
....then "all" you've got to do is wrestle it into the dash and your good to go
The JVC KD- 801 is one of the best and top of the range units out there. Apline were once a great audio company but they have let technology slip.
Go with a JVC KD-801. I took alot of time deciding as i too have a iPhone 3g. This head unit has the Parrot technology built in and comes with a microphone for in car phone. The subouts work a treat and a best of all it charges my iPhone 3g .
