Iphone 4 restore problem

Done a restore today. Now i cant put contacts, music, etc, etc back on the phone.
Any help appreciated.

What exactly happens ... A bit more info could be helpful!

The phone sync's as it should. But it only put the apps back on. Then says ok to disconnect. No contacts, music, calendar etc etc. However i did manage to get the music on eventually, but nothing else.

Are they ticked in the info tab?

Yes they are. Which is why I don't understand it :S
