Iphone 5 internet problem

My family have all just upgraded from iphone 4s' to 2 X Iphone 5C's and 2 X iPhone 5s'

We have a business contract (Dads company) and we need our internet on the go to send and recieve emails the problem we are having is we are not getting any internet on the go only wifi works which is useless to us, like i said it is 4 brand new phones and 2 different types which makes me 99.9% sure it cant be a handset fault, Data roaming is swithced on is there anything else i should look out for or any advice people can give me?

Mobile data and 3g/4g are turned on, on the same menu I presume?

Yes the only thing turned off is my personal hotspot

Vodafone? Are you getting a 3G, data or edge symbol?

Nah EE, sometimes 3G and 4G symbol shows and the we cog that turns usually when its loading something is turning away but nothing happens at all
