iPhone call forwarding

Can I forward calls from my Iphone onto another phone if I'm taking a call?

I see there is call forwarding but i only want it forwarded onto another phone if I'm already on the phone rather than it going onto voicemail.

I had this option on a N95 but can find it on this phone.

Yes but you need to use network shortcodes to set it up.
