iphone charging cycles

  AGH the sl*g
just been reading up on making the most of your battery and taking good care off it. now on apples website the recommend a full cycle charge once a month, basically drop percentage below 20 the full charge.

i personally run it for 2 days then it hits about 30-40 so i charge it over night, or is this not doing the battery anygood? or do you just trickle charge it here and there when you can?

I've always ran mine completely flat then charge it completly up, but was reading something the other day that says not do that!

Apparently each charge takes 1 minute off the batteries life to.
