iPod and Mac

Where can i find my iPod when i plug it into my macbook?

Im trying to use xPort2copy but it needs to see the ipod. I can only see it in itunes and i cant transfer it from there into xport2copy.

Anyone know how to do it?

is it an itouch?. my 120gb classic shows with the HDDs in finder, try in itunes enabling the manually manage music thing.

I think you need to enable disk mode in iTunes. It should be on the "summary" page with the "Manually manage music and videos" button.
