just a quick one, anyone know if this would work on the clio 172 2002 head unit? cant see why not just want to check. cheers.

Hi there,

I had one of these in my 53 plate 172 without any problems! Just connects to the cd changer at the back of the head unit. You have to have volume up a bit louder than cd / radio though. But I think that's the same with most aftermarket mp3 connectors.

Which gen is your Ipod...I use the same on mine and it doesn't charge the Ipod (4th gen Nano)...you need a converter to get the power down to 5v (about £15 extra) or just take the Ipod out and charge it off the computer/mains.

OK didnt know about that. Anyone know where i can get the converter? Also not got an ipod yet, was going to get it all in one go. Any recommendations on ipods?
