ipod headunit - installing and other questions.

girlfriend wants an ipod headunit in the car so you can scroll your playlists from the unit..

if so... is there anything else i need to install it on a mk2 dynamique?

where does the ipod go?

any tips would be appreciated.

nothing else needed and cable for ipod can be placed in the glove box if you wire the cable to it

With a hammer......

Just bend a pice of coat hanger you'll need 2 bits ideally into a horsehoe shape and then remove the original head unit.

My converter box for the ipod is under the passenger seat and the cable just runs under the side of the console which fits around the gear lever.

What converter box ? the Alpine 9850 just has an Ipod lead that plugs into the unit.

iirc alpine is the only one that doesnt have/need a converter box as its built into the unit
