Ipod help

Got my sisters Ipod mini yesterday, it was working fine.

I decided to update the thing - now it's dead to the world!

just reset it but it flashes an apple logo then a folder with a caution sign next it, what do I do?! lol

pish flaps ipod and laptop broke tonight...

cheers i think i got it sorted, managed to restore defaults but my laptops broken so cant get my songs back on it! lol what a day...
