iPod/MP3 Input with OE Headunit???

What is the cheapest method of using an mp3 player with the standard Renault headunit???

I need it for the Tunerlist model and have seen the cheap cable that can be made for Updatelist models.

The only thing i have found is this for £30:

You can control the ipod using the steering wheel controls aswell!

Nah thats too expensive and i dont want it ipod specific! Just need a cheap aux input.
