Ipod Nano Casing

I bought my now ex girlfriend a new Ipod Nano for xmas (£140) online from Apple. Now for various reason, mainly her being a c**t, I want her to either pay me back or I want the Ipod back. However, ive had her name engraved on the back......I wanted to know if theres anything I can do about this, either changing the case or if apple would do anything...? Helpage please

Buy a case on eBay and either swap it yourself or pay someone to do it.
