EK9 + Mfactory gearing..
had my 30gb ipod video for 8months, i uploaded the latest software for the ipod itself (not itunes), now when i hit the shuffle button it picks an artist and just plays their tracks, it wont shuffle anymore wtf. if i restore the factory settings will it fix it? this will erase all my music from the pod but not from itunes? anybody else with this prob?
