Ipod to standard head unit pic request and info

Has anyone got pics of how this ia done and were they put the aux cable? Is it easy to do? Cheers

I've literally just got in from fitting the Connects2 kit into my Audi. Simple install, but you'll want to get a longer Phono cable, the one that comes with it is about 12inches long.

what you want to know? i use a box near the radio, and the cable comes near the lighter...

I just installed one into my Clio yesterday. It's an Aussie car so it's RHD, but the idea should be the same.

I pulled the head unit forward, connected in the CD changer plug, dropped the other end down the side of the hole, connected up the box and taped it to the side of the glove box (out of sight), then ran the iPod lead into the glove box. Done.

if its an update list headunit you dont need to purchase the connects 2 interface,its just a lead for this stereo

You do spy a (slightly old) Parrot kit, MT Audio.
The 2004 tronic unit seemed to have no option other than an AUX-IN cable, so I went with the CD changer adapter kit. At least I can use the stalk controls to change songs and leave the iPod out of sight.
