just got a 30gb one and im wondering is there a way to make the videos you download smaller so you can get more on it?

you can make the video quality poorer, thus making the video a smaller file, use xilisoft ipod converter!

Add the movie you want to iTunes, select it then from the Advanced menu select "Convert Selection to iPod". This can take some time depending on your comp. It will convert it to a quicktime movie with a H.264 codec which gives great quality at a lot file size. (I have a 20 min Vid at 90MBs)
