irritating noise

Ive got a really annoying rattling/creaking noise coming from around the sunroof area... tried everything to make it stop but no luck. (Mk2 Ph1). Any ideas what it could be (ive even tried removing the arial). ITS GOT TO STOP!!!

My drivers window creaks like buggery, nothing i do will make it stop.

You tried opening it and closing it again?, ortherwise, just turn the music up

yeah tried that. Music has been the only option so far, just wondered if anyone knew anythin...?

there is a sunroof mod to cure rattles.see your local dealer.

Yes they change the handle for a better design. It works , I had mine done under warranty by the very helpful supplying dealer.

they also modify the frame if the handle doesnt cure it.
