around 1.30pm near the town centre, just by old cop shop, 52 plate silver 172 being driven by an old women!

See this parked up behind at the Bank St car park all the time. Think it's her's tbh, there's cushions on the parcel shelf! Prob some pot pouri in the ash tray as well lol
