Is Clio MK2 PH2 Xenon headlamps bi-xenon ?

Hi.

I've just bought some Clio MK2 PH2 Xenon headlamps.
And I was just wondering if these headlamps are bi-xenon. Bi-xenon being that the xenon bulb will be moved by a electromagnet so the xenon bulb spread light "everywhere" (just like the normal bulbs for highbeam) when I activate the highbeam on the car.

Nope they aren't

No they are not. The HID lamp is for dip only and the main-beam is a conventional Halogen bulb
