wasnt ktec selling one for 5k or something silly.. i say silly but im sure they are closer 10-15k new sooo only silly if you plan on putting it in a road car 
plus the servicing or such an item would be a near monthly task i'd imagine (literally imagine lol i have no clue)
On conclusion yea go for it, its gotta be worth it for full throttle gear changes alone
