to use engine and machine cleaner on my white turinis?? to get all the s**t off??

Yes its fine as it dosent contain acid like most wheel cleaners

Also after this applications i was thinking a good shampoo Megs or wateva i got in my box of goodies then dry them, then Poor boys wheel sealent?

Will be fine, is safe on paintwork, rubber and plastics, you could happily use it all over the bodywork if you so wished.

Poorboys Sealant works well, polish them first with some SRP if need be tho.
