Well I’ve taken the sills off at the weekend and this is what it’s like..

Is it worth doing is what am asking?!

The last video is the worst and it’s drivers side!

Hi is this a ph1, mine was like this.. I grinded the rust out and welded this holes and undersealed under the sideskirts

The problem is that you can’t see the videos were it gets worse!

Easy enough to sort if the rest of the shell is decent.

As above, fixable but all depends, unlikely see the cost of a decent repair back so more about if it's worth it to you

Do consider that many a person has said "I wish I'd never got rid of [insert car here]..." when they are nearly all gone and worth a lot more or there are only crap newer cars available!
