Is there a filter in the blowers???

Hi all,

just wondering if there is a filter in the blowers - the reason i ask is my car smells fine until the blowers are on and then you get the wiff of wet dog from the previous owners.

ive already shampoo'd the car and im confident that its not in the upholstery but wondered if it could be trapped in a filter.

any help would be great!!

Yeah, have a search for pollen filter. Smell may also be due to damp in the AC system, one of them AC bomb canisters will help.

Your pollen filter could probably do with a change.
Might be worth letting off one of those Air Con bombs in the car afterwards too.

put it in back passanger footwell crack the top off
and put your air con on on circulate

cheers ppl!!! will look into this....the resistor pack has gone too so need to get it booked in to get changed hopefully under warranty. ill get the garage to change the filter and ill get one of those bombs and we should be good to go smellin lavley
