Is there nothing VLC won't play

Been using it for years, but it really is a lengend of a program. Ive just downloaded some songs.FLAC and winamp wont play them but VLC can.

Tried that mate (I googled .ape) and it still didn't work. Perhaps the download was corrupt or something.

Lol prob the download corrupt so you can't blame VLC for not wanting to play it

Great program only thing is mines crahed a few month ago and won't play anything.

I had flacs files that wouldn't play with it but must have been corrupt.

I find it holds the dubbing on video files a lot better than other programmes too, especially windows media player

Edde try reinstalling it?

Also plays subtuiitles without hard coding them - Its compatability is because it uses its own codecs rather than relying on the ones in the stream.

its want to repair it even thought theres nothing wrong with it. WMP11 Plays it fine.

i love the vlc! its brilliant, i use it all the time, except for playing songs, cos if you want to play 10 in a row it opens them all at the same time in 10 different windows! lol

Discovered VLC a year or so again.

My PC was struggling to play 720p Quicktime files (jerk jerk jerk) yet when playing them through VLC they're as smooth as a silk

Quicktime on the PC is complete shite. I'd uninstall it.
