Is this a standard cd changer?

Hi got a 182 the other day, the specs for the reg of car said single disc player, and the prever owners husband who sold the car said it didnt have a changer, which was fair enough
But i happened to look under the passenger seat and saw one the other day, its a sony one so not sure if it was fitted as standard or not

didnt think so, all the controls work with it on steering wheel tho and the number buttons to select cd so im happy
