Is this normal?

Not sure if this is normal but it seems quite easy to pull out my amp and sub wiring even if I gently move it in the wrong direction and let it tug abit.

Wheres it come out from?
Dont suppose you have the proper connections on the wires? The kinda that are crimped on...
