Is this normal?

I've noticed this in my oil cap a couple of times now. The first time I noticed it I cleared it up and it stayed away for a while but now its returned. Is it anything to worry about?
Its due a service in about 2,000 miles but I think ill bring it forward.

Also, my oil is getting low what oil should I use?

I'm no expert but that looks like water in your oil. Are you losing any coolant??
