Is this normal?

Hello guys Iv had a few clio's and in the past they have a single cat on the downpipe on the 172-182's but Iv just lifted my phase one up in the air and it looks like it has 2 cats on the back of the downpipe/manifold, is this just a normal phase 1 thing? Or has someone chopped some cats in

The phase 1 has twin cats.

as above, phase 1's had two inline cats so yes that's normal
