Is this the perfect weather for driving

  Ziel Nurburgring

Its 6 degrees outside, so plenty of cold air for the engine and better performance, no ice and its bone dry!

providing the roads arent covered in grit then its not a bad shout. My Gt turbo used to fly when the weather got cold.

the roads up here are constantly wet. the amount of grit on the road holds the water. really greasy. still a laugh geting the arse out though..

terrible roads round here, floor it in anything under 4th gear and the wheels light up! Very greasy as fuk! nice and cold tho which makes the car quicker!

I cant be arsed dying just before christmas so i always drive carefully when its like this,as has been said not cold enough for ice yet but the roads are still as slippery as hell.

not a great time to be driving fast (or getting a new car). The roads where I am dont get a chance to dry off between the rain showers at this time of year. Not worth driving too fast :(

No grit and bone dry. Loads of freezing cold air for my intercooler too!

It was actually cold to touch last night.

If its cold and dry, then perfect. The lack of foliage at this time of year also makes caning the country lanes a lot easier, as you can see the road ahead better, much easier to spot oncoming traffic.

Cold tarmac will never give you as much grip as warm tarmac...same with the tyre temperature. The engine loves the cold air and cold petrol though :devilish:
