It hasn't got a supercharger

Slight worry car starting to whine at slow speeds like it has a super charger on (it hasn't ) doesn't get any louder at speed but noticeable when sat in traffic or pulling away

Any ideas?

Mine did that when a pulley on the aux cable was worn. I got a new aux kit fitted by Fred and it was fine.

Power steering maybe? check fluid levels

Does it follow revs? Could be alternator.

Usually lower aux idler.

Was blind guessing maybe a belt will see if can get it looked at

It does follow the revs but once up at speed can no longer hear it so it's not overly loud like I said before slow speed or idling
