Just remove the slam panel altogether, it's a track car! Aerocatches through the bit above the headlights and you're sorted.

My aero catches are on the slam so needing to keep up or end up getting a new FG bonnet

Just FG over the existing holes, how hard can it be?!

Make brackets that bolt to the existing slam panel holes and allow you to keep the catches where they are. It will allow you to remove the slam panel
