It's all standard!!!

Spent last night and today putting the 172 back to standard before I ship it off to the dealers.

Coilovers are off, as is the dastek, magnex is off and I've welded the original back together and is back on the car, cat is back on, ICE is all out!

End of an era! Feels proper weird driving it now, not as free revving, quiet, not got the confidence in the car to throw it into roundabouts at silly speeds! Nice to have the headup display back but that doesn't make up for the rest!

Alison may well be having the coilovers once I've cleaned them up properly, although I'm a bit concerned about this whole payment in kind thing, is it some strange Scottish currency? :S

Looks like I'm getting a Fiesta ST and a RVF400 NC35 bike, I do too many miles to get what I want to so got to take the sensible option, sister works for Ford so get a very good price on the ST.

Have you driven the ST yet? If so whats it like? I've kinda always had my eye on them, they look quite cool and are supposed to go well too.
