iTunes - how do you all share your music in the house?

It is a mystery question to me!

It just isn't the same when you use the Home Share. It doesn't order the videos etc the same and is a real pain.

I am trying to share my entire iTunes library through out the house but it isn't 100%

When I use Home Sharing it doesn't seem to bring the artwork in, and no I am using Macs as well as PCs. For example I have Everybody Hates Chris, Series 1 Episode 1-6 on the main iTunes library, but on home sharing it adds all the series together?
