Started to polish the rocker cover, however had a poo selection of wet & dry paper so will carry at some other time.

Just need to get a decent selection of different grit paper to carry on as ive got scratch marks from the high grit paper, should be ok once done tho. However still got a lot of work

you can get a pack of sand paper from halfords called 'project pack' it has some corse paper and a selection of wet and dry grades. only £4.99 too.
i bought some yesterday to finish off my fuel rail guard

i have this as a project on my 172 tomorrow.

i'm taking the inlet manifold off as well as the fuel rail cover, going to sand blast it at work and then use w&d and metal polish. going to degrease all the lump as well while it's stripped.
