jacking points on a 1*2

  titanic killer
I thought you could only use a trolley jack on the back right in the centre of the rear axle?could be wrong thou,i had a look to put it under the front but couldnt see a strong enough point to have just the trolley jack somewhere in the middle

You can use the same points with a trolley jack, I've used them for years on my old 172 and my 182 and never had any bending issues.

Yes, Rears you should have no problem with at all. Front end just make sure the platform on the trollyjack is centrally located (more of an issue with all the weight at the front) and jack it up smoothly and you'll have no problem. Mine still look like new and it's been jacked up dozens of times on them.

If you can get the jack in, you can jack off the chassis rails behind the sill point. Just get a bit of wood between the jack and the car.
