japans police are pretty strict but also at the same time they know drifting and touge goes on, on the mountain passes... as long as people dont take the piss they are pretty relaxed, they know kids will smash up their cars and fix them... they arent out to cause trouble they are having fun... there are more important things to worry about.... but at the same time if its massively dangerous they will f**k you up lol!!

read a report in a mag on streeto and touge the police turned up... everyone got in their cars and left, then came back 5 mins later with rc drift cars and the police were playing with the rc cars lol...
