JBL Components

  Skoda Fabia vRS

anyone on here got any

im hoping ill have a lot of cash left at the end of the month so i can get some DLS R5a components, but as thats lookin rather unlikely im startin to consider some JBLs we do at work, as the price is VERY good

there JBL GTO505ce, 5.25" components

now even online there £100 in most places, there £50 at work......which is a bargain

now im no audio expert so should i jus go for these, or should i save and wait until i get paid again, 3wks+ away..........and get the DLS

normally i dont have my music on that loud tbh, and they would be runnin off an Alpine amp

for that price u cant really argue!

ive decided to stretch a bit more and go for the MBquart DSE213 , can get them for £119.99, they can handle from 35watt rms to 90watt rms, thinking about a alpine amp to which is 50watts rms to power them, basicvly cus thats about all ive got left cash wise lol

well ive got the Alpine MRP-F240 mate which is probably the kind of amp your after

think im gonna stretch a bit further and get some Phoenix Gold Octane R R5.0s as i can get these for £90 all in

since we are on the subject of comps, are Calibre CSV5s comps any good?? They are £90 from bbv-ags.com

found a infinity amp ra750s for 74.99 so only a extra £10 and i could have a 75watt rms amp which i guess would be better for the comps

sorry psychy never heard them before or seen them about

as per our previous conversations brun

personally im not a fan of jbl, yes they make noise, but thats about all, awful in terms of sound quality, and their output levels are behind most of their rivals, though for £50 id buy them and sell them on ;)
