anybody own any of these or the 12,s. i was going to buy focals but motor world are doing these for 250 pound off. what are your thoughts? also everybody needs to log on to http://www.saferroads.co.ukwww.saferroads.co.uk and download the petition.

to be honest with you, you will not find any use for it in a clio, the enclsure size would take up most, if not all of the boot, you will need an amp with as much power as a nuclear power station to power it, and in a car which rattles so much as standard will fall apart in next to no time

if you are going for big bass look along the lines of the JL 12" W6v2 or similar

the JBLs are primarily aimed at SPL, whereas the Focal speakers are designed with SQ in mind

dont know why you considered the JBL to be honest, anything with 3000w RMS (quoted) is not going to be a sound quality speaker

to be honest with you, id go for a diamond audio sub, a little better than focal IMHO

I was gonna buy 2 of these the other day as well, then i saw the size of the magnet and sh*t at the back is massive aint no box big enough for these things.

But they are so cheap, these cost £525 from bass junkies.com, motorworld want £200 if i can remember right, thats why i was gonna buy two.

They cant be that bad, if you have some good amped components up front and in the back doors, these 2 subs should go perfect with the system. Shouldnt they?
