JC-5 089 vs JC-5 129

Car  RSTUNER'ED-C&B'ED RS-1
Hi All

JC-5 089 (Ph1 172 gearbox)
JC-5 129 (Ph2 172 gearbox)

Any other differences than the differential, Is JC-129 gonna be a direct fit to Ph-1 172?

The bearings on the input shaft, the input shaft and the gearbox casing to allow for the different bearings.

how about the speed sensor on the casing, will the speedo work well on Ph-1, if we use JC-129 (complete gearbox)

Yes,

The speed sensor is driven from the nylon drive wheel on the diff,
both the same.
