just need abit of clarity. A mate with a Corsa C decided to break down on a car park and asked if he could jump start it off my MK 2 clio. I said yes, being a mate and all and let him crack on. He connected them up only for sparks to be coming from his terminals. Turns out he had them the wrong way round. My negative was to his positive and vice versa. I grabbed it off immediately and theres barely even any damage to the cables, just a bit of black about a cm in size on the head of cable. Just a precaution, my car won't be damaged will it. It runs exactly the same, starts the same and all the electricals are working correctly. He said the same about his,
